Food Choices
ITEMS I CHOOSE TO NOT EAT (as an ingredient OR on their own):
FOODS I CHOOSE TO NOT EAT (while cleansing and not exercising),
BUT, DO CHOOSE TO EAT (while exercising and not cleansing):
- Starchy Vegetables
- Carrots
- Corn on the Cob
- Potato
- Beet
- Yam
- Sweet Potato
- Fruit (never eaten with any other food)
- Raisins (never eaten with any other food)
- Legumes
- Nuts
- Nut Butters
- Seeds
- Seed Butters
- Vegetables
- Animal Protein
- Fish
- Turkey
- Chicken
- Beef (rarely)
- Lamb (rarely)
- Pork (very rarely)
- Oil
- Udo's 3•6•9 Oil Blend® - Liquid
- Organic Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a dark glass bottle
- Any Other Organic Cold-Pressed Oil in a dark glass bottle
- Spices (fresh or individually packaged)
- Water (purified/filtered, not tap water)
- Tea
- Green Tea (the best choice)
My aim is to eat organically grown foods as much as possible
(grown without the use of
pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc.)
** designates foods that contain gluten, which I no longer eat.
I have discovered that my digestion has improved
since eliminating gluten from my diet.
It may be that I have celiac disease.
Coeliac disease is managed by not eating foods that contain gluten.
Gluten is a protein found in some foods that interfere with the intestine's ability to
properly digest food.
